We cannot deliver to PO box numbers. Please provide a daytime delivery address as your package will be delivered from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am - 5pm. The package must be signed for when it is delivered. When making your purchase please make sure you provide an address where you are certain someone is going to be available to sign for the package. Parcels cannot be left by request.

Local guidelines apply once your purchase is in your country and may be subject to local customs duties and/or local taxes in the country of destination; these are not included in your purchase. Please check with the local authority to ascertain applicable rates, as these charges are the responsibility and liability of the purchaser and not Penny Sage. All care is taken to promptly deliver your order, however Penny Sage takes no responsibility for delays in postage not in our control. We ​do not ​accept responsibility for any delays caused by​ insufficient delivery information.
