We're looking for a warm, reliable and thoughtful person to join Penny Sage as our Saturday Retail Assistant in our Grey Lynn store. You'll be the friendly face in our store, helping customers, processing sales, assisting with online orders and keeping the space looking beautiful. A great opportunity to work with a local clothing label and be part of a small, creative team.

Key responsibilities:

Customer service

Store presentation & care

Packing and dispatching online orders

Basic e-commerce admin (training provided)

General retail support

Essential attributes:

Friendly, approachable and confident

Reliable and able to work independently

Strong attention to detail

Genuine interest in fashion, sustainability and small business

Enjoys keeping spaces tidy and organised

Technical skills (training provided):

Shopify

Dropbox

Google Workspace

Hours & Pay:

Saturdays, 9:45am–4:15pm

Additional hours may be available during school holidays, special events, or busy seasonal periods

Pay rate based on experience and in line with industry standards
