Returns & Exchanges

Discounted items, Accessories, Intimates, Beauty and Home products are final sale and cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged (unless deemed faulty by the Penny Sage team). This applies to both international and domestic orders.
Refunds are accepted on all other full price merchandise excluding purchases made with Afterpay - full price purchases made with Afterpay are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
All items must be returned to Penny Sage in unworn, unlaundered, original condition with original tags and packaging. Penny Sage reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if the merchandise in question does not meet these requirements.
TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
1. Please email hello@pennysage.com within 48 hours of receiving your item to request return authorisation. Please quote your order number and the item or items that you wish to return or exchange.
2. A confirmation email will be sent to you including our return address details and instructions for returning your item. We require that all merchandise must be returned within 14 business days from the date we send you a return authorisation email. All returns must be sent to Penny Sage with a tracking number and signature upon delivery option.
3. Once we receive the return, you will be issued one of the following: a full refund (less shipping), a partial refund, an online store credit, or an exchange.
Please note, the responsibility of the item remains with the purchaser until the item is received by the Penny Sage team. Penny Sage does not accept responsibility for packages that are not dispatched by the Penny Sage team.
The purchaser is responsible for any return shipping costs; including local duties & taxes applicable to international orders. We do not refund any postal charges incurred for an exchanged product. We do not refund initial postage charges for returned items unless the goods are deemed faulty.
If you feel you have received a faulty product, we kindly ask you to return the item to us for assessment, following the returns process outlined above. We will endeavour to repair or replace the item in the first instance. Failing this, we will issue you with an exchange, online store credit or refund for the original amount on your order invoice.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted outside of the Penny Sage Studio at third party stockists of Penny Sage merchandise.
Penny Sage will not repair, exchange or refund items that have been damaged due to general wear and tear.
