Returns & Exchanges
If you have any questions regarding your order please contact us via email@example.com. Please note, returns and exchanges are accepted on all full price merchandise only. All sale items are final sale and cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged (unless deemed faulty by the Penny Sage production team). This applies to both international and domestic orders.
TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
The purchaser is responsible for any return shipping costs; including local duties & taxes applicable to international orders. We do not refund any postal charges incurred for an exchanged product. We do not refund initial postage charges for returned items unless the goods are deemed faulty.
If you feel you have received a faulty product, we kindly ask you to return the item to us for assessment, following the returns process outlined above. We will endeavour to repair or replace the item in the first instance. Failing this, we will issue you with an exchange, online store credit or refund for the original amount on your order invoice.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted outside of the Penny Sage Studio at third party stockists of Penny Sage garments.
