Returns & Exchanges
It is important to us that you love your Penny Sage purchase so if you are unhappy for any reason please contact us on email at email@example.com.
If you have any queries before purchasing an item please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Refunds are accepted on all full price merchandise only. Excludes sale items.
All items must be in their original condition, unworn, unlaundered with original tags and packaging.
All items must be returned within 7 days.
Penny Sage reserves the right to refuse a return if the merchandise in question does not meet our standards.
The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs. Penny Sage is not responsible for return shipping costs nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases.
All sales are final on items marked with sale in the description.
All sales are final after 7 days of postmark delivery receipt.
To make a return or exchange
1. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know the item you wish to return and for return authorisation.
2 . A confirmation email will be sent including our return address and the details and instructions for returning your item. We require that all merchandise must be returned within 7 business days from the date we send your return confirmation email. All returns must be delivered by a delivery service that has tracking capabilities and requires a signature upon delivery.
3. Once we receive the item you will either be issued a full refund, an online store credit, or we will process your exchange.
The responsibility of the item remains with the purchaser until the item is received by Penny Sage. Penny Sage cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship ourselves.
We do not refund initial postage charges for returned items unless the goods are deemed faulty.
We do not refund any postal charges incurred for an exchanged product.
Items with sale in the description are non-refundable (unless deemed faulty). This applies to both international and domestic orders.
Please be sure on your size when selecting from these items. Contact us if you have any sizing queries.
If a product is faulty we will ask you to return the item to us for assessment. We will endeavor to repair or replace the item. Failing this we will issue an online store credit for an exchange or refund for the original amount.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted at any retail outlets.
We are not able to repair/exchange/refund items that have been damaged due to general wear and tear.
